Various breathing practices and techniques in which the conscious control of breathing can influence your mental, emotional, and physical state, with a therapeutic effect. Breathwork may be helpful for relaxation and stress in a similar way to meditation, and can often lead to meaningful physical and emotional release. Breathwork is particularly helpful with stress responses through eliciting the body's relaxation centers, because deep abdominal breathing reduces blood pressure.

Reiki is a Japanese technique to direct energy to promote healing. In a Reiki session the practitioner will place their hands lightly on or just above you, with the goal of directing energy to help facilitate your healing response. It's based on an Eastern belief in an unseen life force. An energy that flows through us all and powers our vitality and natural healing abilities. If one's life force energy is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we can more easily connect to our highest vibration. Reiki translates to mean: spiritually guided life force energy. It is this energy that is provided through the practitioner as a channel in connection with your own energy flow to promote healing, vitality, and vibration.

Reflexology involves applying pressure to areas of the feet. Encouraging the body’s natural healing, reflexology can help relieve stress and tension by stimulating your nervous system.
Based on the idea that certain areas of your feet (reflexes) are linked to other areas of your body, your reflexologist will apply pressure to these reflexes to help stimulate energy flow, sending signals around the body to target areas of tension.
Please note: Drinking tea, coffee, alcohol, or other stimulating drinks can diminish the effectiveness of your session, so try to avoid these if possible. Focus on eating light, nutritious foods to help your body continue to heal. If you plan on having any further reflexology sessions, take note of any reactions or side effects you may experience to share with your reflexologist in your next session.

Community Listen Circles
Through our monthly listening circles we offer a space to connect, process, and practice in conversation. Guided and facilitated by a licensed therapist and community member, we provide this space for all equally to feel seen and heard, in community. Here we deeply and actively listen to one another and find footing for conscious and grounding exchange. Our community circle is donation based in an effort to honor the time of the facilitator, while making the offer accessible to all.
