Peacekeeper

We are seeking peacekeepers of MAST.

A peacekeeper creates an environment that is safe and grounding for the friends and patrons of MAST, we call this creating sensory safety. Sensory safety is what peacekeepers will cultivate and nurture daily.

Peacekeepers will be asked to engage in the onsite operations of MAST; welcoming people to the space, touring the spaces for newcomers, preparing and tidying classrooms and common areas, checking people into class, billing and purchasing, tending to friends and patrons requests, setting sensory safety each day by tending to smells, sights, and sounds of the space, working with practitioners to ensure seamless experiences and timing, and reporting to the Director inquiries and insights that need to be recorded and/or attended to.

Peacekeepers will most often be the first interaction and impression people are having with and of MAST, therefore they will be valuable representatives of the brand and business.

In this representation, it is paramount that all peacekeepers are in alignment with the brand values and ethos. Peacekeepers must embody kindness, be practiced in their own growth and healing, and act with integrity, compassion, and respect.

If this sounds like you, then we would love to meet you and learn about your story and it’s intersection with ours.
