Join Lynne, Gerry and Gaby for an immersion into sound healing, gentle movement, deep relaxation and healing touch. Indulge in the ultimate self-care, post-Stroll, to bring you back to your center.

Movement & Sound

We will start with reclining breathwork and gentle poses led by Lynne to ground and prepare the body. Then, we will shift into a comfortable position to receive sound, Lynne will begin with a slow and harmonizing sound bath allowing the brain to move into a theta state.

Sound

Gerry will then continue the harmonizing with Native American flute meditation and sound healing.

Touch

Gaby will be around during the movement and sound bath offering hands on healing touch infused with loving Reiki energy.

The session will end with quiet relaxation and rest to absorb and integrate.
