A foundational four-week course to guide you towards loving all the parts of yourself to build toward becoming more whole.

Childhood hurts can cause us to fragment in order to stay safe. By reconnecting with our Inner Child and the other parts of our Inner Family, we can learn to successfully move through our healing work, to cultivate self-compassion, and to fall in love with the process of evolving.

This course will provide a robust Tool Kit designed to create an exquisite foundation to orient you in your healing.

When:  An on-going month long course gathering on zoom for 1.75 hrs a week for 4 weeks

About Your Practitioner, Astrid Schmidt: 

I create space that gives others permission to ground into their essence & depth, and lovingly release any patterns that diminish our full radiance.  My goal is to empower you to go deeper in your healing work than you thought possible, to create an exquisite and meaningful life.  

I am a transformational guide and created a therapeutic healing system called Spiral Mapping Method, which is designed to build emotional mastery in your healing work, and to fall in love with life.  I am a Certified Gestalt Therapist, trained at the Gestalt Center for Psychotherapy, and received my Master of Social Work from Columbia University. I have been a social worker for 20 years. 

My love for my work is fueled by my reverence for life, this miracle we are graced with getting to experience. As a woman, a mother, and an artist, I am continually exploring the depths of this work. I see myself reflected in every one of my clients. My offering to others is my warmth, humor, mothering spirit, guidance & wisdom, hope & encouragement. I believe anything is possible.
