Coming with a significant other or close family member is encouraged and not mandatory.

When: Friday, July 14th, 6-8pm

Duration: 2hrs

Cost: $75 per person

Workshop Structure:

  • Begin by setting the stage for a profound experience. Tyler and Elizabeth create a safe and loving space for all participants to quickly drop into their deepest intentions and hopes around relationships in their life, or a past life, that which they're ready to breathe healing into. Just from participants voicing these heart-felt desires for the growth in relationships, they set the stage for a deep breathwork ceremony.

  • Delve into a series of thought-provoking prompts and relational exercises carefully curated by Tyler and Elizabeth. In exploring various tools, such as empathic listening, the Imago Dialogue, love languages and masculine and feminine dynamics, you will embark on a shared exploration to deepen understanding, connection, and self intimacy. Through interactive activities, you'll uncover new insights, nurture open communication, and foster a deeper sense of unity. Even if the person you are practicing these exercises for is not at the training, these exercises also work mysteriously with somebody else standing in to mirror the relationship that you're working with.

  • The heart of the class is the profound process of the breathwork itself. Tyler and Elizabeth guide you through a tailored breathwork practice aimed at releasing stuck emotions and barriers, while cultivating a deep connection with your heart's desires. Participants generally say that there is a combination of both releasing old stuck emotions and beliefs as well as receiving inspiration and clarity that they feel somatically in their bodies. Often dubbed 5 years of therapy in an hour, the magic of the breathwork is its ability to help participants truly feel rather than simply think about these revelations and insights. Together, Tyler and Liz form a team that radiates kindness and compassion and allow participants to feel safe from the start in being their most vulnerable selves.

  • As the breathwork closes, the participants are encouraged to share with their partners or the group the ways in which they're inspired to show up moving forward. With full and open hearts, these moments are always filled with touching gratitude and love.

After the workshop draws to a close, participants have the chance to connect and mingle with other participants and share from a deeply blissful heart space, creating and feeling the conscious community aspect Tyler and Liz encourage throughout the experience. Engage in meaningful conversations, listen with compassion, and celebrate the growth and transformation experienced throughout the workshop. The connections participants forge with self and others in this sacred space are remembered and utilized for years to come.
