Power Breath Work with Zach Campa 8:00-9:00am
Unleash the transformative potential within you with Zach's Power Breath Work Class. This 60min class includes 20 minutes of dynamic and intentional Breath Work, fosters community connections, and facilitates emotional integration. Under Zach's guidance, you'll navigate out of survival mode, opening the door to a heightened sense of love, connection, and purpose across every facet of your life. Discover the strength of your breath in unlocking your fullest potential.
Elemental Vinyasa with Chip Davis 9:45-10:45am
Join Chip Davis as he leads a transformative 60-minute Elemental Vinyasa Yoga experience centered on the fluid element of water, the sacral chakra, Svadhistana, and the hips. With a deep focus on unlocking emotion and creativity, students will be guided through an immersive practice that includes an elemental dharma talk to set intentions, Pranayama breathwork, poetry to inspire introspection, and a harmonious flow accompanied by water-inspired music. Chip's unique approach unifies physical movement, emotional release, and spiritual exploration to create a truly holistic yoga experience.
Chakra Energy Clearing with Annabelle Dura 11:30am-12:30pm
In this 60min Chakra Energy Clearing Class, Annabelle will lovingly lead you through a seamless fusion of simple somatic practices designed for stress and tension relief, intertwined with a guided visualization meditation that specifically targets your chakra centers. This blend of physical and energetic practices creates a space for relaxation and deep receptivity, where stress melts away, and your chakras find a harmonious flow, leaving you refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to embrace a renewed sense of well-being. Feel bring to bring your own crystals, or cards to support your experience as well as a pillow and blanket for comfort. We will have mats and blankets available as well.
Qigong with Gerry Holmes 1:15-2:15pm
Qi Gong translates from Mandarin as Energy Skill; it is a broad term that can refer to thousands of particular practices intended for healing, martial arts, and even spiritual cultivation. The practices explored in this class will include Standing Meditation, designed to correct the posture and open up the energetic channels of the body, Five Animal Qi Gong, an athletic set of Qi Gong movements designed to purify and strengthen the internal organs, Baduanjin or Eight Silk Brocade, designed to make the body move smoothly and light as silk, as well as several other sets of Qi Gong movements, intended for specific effects on the body. Qi Gong parallels Yoga Asana practice in some senses in that there can be set movements that involve stretching. Still, one difference is that there is a high focus on perceiving energy moving through the body and that there are specific sets of movements that are intended to be done consistently over time for the desired outcomes. This class will explore various Qi Gong sets accompanied by Standing Meditation, Philosophy, and basic Tai Chi martial exercises.

Melting the Mind with Andrew Viselli 6:30-7:30pm
Join Andrew Viselli on a deep dive into self-healing with the power of sustained breathwork. Utilizing the breath for a minimum of 30 minutes, participants will enter a deeper, trance-like state, truly melting the mind. Become one with your spirit as you allow the breath to take over and your body to release any stuck energy or emotions. This class is specifically for those with experience in breathwork and who want to deepen their practice.
