Ayurveda is an ancient healing science that empowers individuals to experience ease on all levels of being. It is a holistic system that applies diet and lifestyle techniques to address our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
Restore Through Ayurveda is a five day guided retreat that invites participants to slow down, nourish, and regenerate in community. Three days of Ayurvedic meals are offered to spark the digestive fire, increase clarity of mind, and bolster immunity. To support the body's natural ability to rejuvenate, students meet each day to participate in a variety of restorative practices including sound, touch, hot stone, and focused breathing practices. Participants have the opportunity to experience Ayurveda in their daily lives as they receive empowering wisdom through their own direct experience.
